The following scholarships are administered and sponsored by Emerging Pearls Foundation, Inc (EPF). All applications including essays become the property of EPF.

Scholarship Eligibility:

iPROMISE
The iPromise Scholarship is a non-traditional scholarship that encourages African American women who are at least 25 years old to obtain their first undergraduate degree. Funds may be used for tuition, room and board, books, fees, supplies or personal items.
Scholarship Eligibility:

Must reside in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area.

EVELYN “MIMI”
RATCLIFFE
The Evelyn “Mimi” Ratcliffe Scholarship recognizes outstanding students who are pursing an undergraduate degree in K-12 education.
Mimi Ratcliffe was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and an educator in the Detroit Public Schools for over 40 years. She was well known and loved for the dramatic productions she conducted at schools and within the Detroit community.

EMERGE
The EMERGE Scholarship recognizes high school seniors who have demonstrated continuous academic improvement while overcoming adversity during their high school career and will enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited four-year college or university.

MALEKA S. JACKSON HBCU
The Maleka S. Jackson HBCU Scholarship provides support to current college students attending a historically black college or university.
The scholarship was established to honor the legacy of Maleka S. Jackson, who was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a proud graduate of Tennessee State University.
Scholarship Eligibility:

Has completed at least 12 credit hours at an accredited HBCU.

MARTHA PATTON CLARKE
The Martha Patton Clark Scholarship provides support to a current enrollee at Kentucky State University.
The scholarship was established to honor the memory of Martha Patton Clarke, who was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a proud graduate of Kentucky State University.
