Committed to give and a willingness to serve are at the core of the Emerging Young Leaders Program or "The Pearls Program".  The Pearls Club has blossomed into a nine-month mentoring program with over 180 middle school girls in the IPS, Lawrence, Pike, Warren, Washington and Hamilton South Eastern school districts in Central Indiana since its inception. This program has awarded over $80,000 in scholarships since its first class in 2006 and with your continued support, we hope to continue our support to help young girls move through high school and then college.

The mission of the mentoring program is to promote a sense of self-worth, increase financial literacy, improve perspectives toward education, and provide positive support and encouragement.

The current 2020-2021 class is underway with 32 middle school girls matriculating through the program. Each participant is assigned an adult female mentor, attends monthly group educational sessions, participates in community service, and showcased at our end of the year culminating program.
